DAY 2: Birding in Nyungwe Forest National Park
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full day of birding in Nyungwe Forest National Park. With a knowledgeable birding guide, explore the diverse habitats, including montane rainforest, bamboo zones, and swampy areas. Discover over 300 bird species, including Albertine Rift endemics and rarities. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and melodic calls of the birds. Return to your lodge for a delicious dinner and rest in the evening.

DAY 3: Canopy Walk and Departure
Explore Nyungwe Forest’s distinctive Canopy Walk after breakfast. In addition to providing stunning views of the forest canopy, this suspension bridge offers a chance to observe a variety of bird species from above. As you listen to the forest noises, listen for birds like sunbirds, hornbills, and raptors that live in the forest. We will start our journey back to Kigali after the canopy walk. Reach Kigali in the late afternoon after making a lunch break at a neighbourhood eatery. Your amazing three-day birding tour in Nyungwe Forest National Park will come to a close when our guide drops you off at the place of your choice.
