Day 1: Murchison Falls National Park-Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Top of the Falls tour
Get up early, have breakfast, and prepare for your safari guide to pick you up. You will drive northwest along Bombo Highway to Murchison Falls National Park, about 320 km from Kampala. On the way, visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola district, where you can see rhinos in their natural habitat and take many photos. This sanctuary was created in 2005 to help reintroduce Ugandan rhinos, which were extinct in the area due to poaching and political issues in the 1970s. Spend about one hour with the rhinos to complete your Big 5 game checklist. Afterward, have lunch and then head to Murchison Falls National Park to see the spectacular falls, where the river narrows and plunges 43 meters, creating a thunderous sound. Finally, cross the Nile to reach your reserved lodge for the evening and overnight stay.

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park-Morning game drive-Afternoon Boat cruise
Wake up early around 6:00 am and enjoy a quick cup of coffee and a snack to warm up. Pack your breakfast, then head out for a morning game drive safari to see a variety of wildlife, including nocturnal animals and predators like lions and leopards. You may also spot elephants, giraffes, and others. After some time, take a break to enjoy your full breakfast before continuing the safari until noon. Return to your lodge to relax and have lunch before going on an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile River. This cruise offers views of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and various birds. Take plenty of photos. End the day with free time before dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park Kampala/Entebbe
On the last day of your 3-day Murchison Falls wildlife safari, get up early and pack all your bags into the safari vehicle. Have breakfast before heading out for a final game drive to see more wildlife, including members of the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo, as well as other big mammals like hippos, giraffes, primates, and antelopes. Afterward, travel to Kampala, arriving in the afternoon for your drop-off at Entebbe International Airport or your hotel.
